Well it was another busy month for Absolute Property Services especially for the reactive maintenance department. With the British weather finally hotting up it came as no surprise that there was a sharp increase in Air conditioning reactive call outs. Absolute has attended and rectified these faults keeping businesses & residential homes cool throughout this unusually warm period.
Despite these glorious conditions we have continued to react to client’s calls for boiler repairs, from pumps to heat exchangers. Absolute have travelled the length and breadth of the country keeping companies operating with minimal disruption.
During June we attended to everything from broken door locks to the slightly less glamorous tasks of unblocking urinals and toilets. We have replaced commercial oven doors, sealed leaking roofs and even removed the odd wasp nest. On top of these tasks we continue to provide National coverage for property statutory compliance, keeping business and residential homes safe, secure and legally compliant.
Offering a National presence certainly means we get about, during the last month alone we have worked in:
Lincoln, Leicester, Burnley, Somerset, Cheshire, Cardiff, Huddersfield, Halifax, Exeter, Milton Keynes, Colchester, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Loddon, Peterborough, Southampton, Crawley, Oldham, Luton, Gloucester, Derbyshire, High Wycombe and North Wales.
Unusual Call out of the Month
Absolute received their first call out regarding a Commercial Gas Tumble drier which was a direct result of a failed Gas Safety test. This type of remedial task requires a specific engineer who carries an LAU1 ticket. Absolute tracked down their engineer through their Database, (the only one in the county!) and deployed him alongside their engineer to ensure that the compliance requirements were met.
Let’s see what July has in store……….
